at IIT Delhi, and the Chancellor of the University
of Petroleum and Energy Studies
Dr. Chopra has been responsible for developing and
commercializing a number of technologies in the petroleum
sector, which includes solvent extraction of aromatics,
lube extraction technologies for production of high
grade LOBS, propane deasphalting technologies, visbreaking
and delayed coking. He has received the NRDC Independence
Day award and several awards from CSIR and other organizations.

Mr. Shailesh
S. Modi is a post-graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and was
the Chief Consultant of Gujarat Industrial & Technical
Consultancy Organization Limited (GITCO), an ICICI-promoted
consultancy at Ahmedabad. He has spent 25 years in consultancy,
bulk of which pertains to design, management support
and evaluation of development programmes sponsored by
public organizations.
Mr. Modi has been associated with CARE, International
Labour Organization (ILO), NABARD, and Small Industries
Development Bank of India (SIDBI), and is the author
of two books published by Entrepreneurship Development
Institute of India.

post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade
and has over 30 years of experience in Program Management
and Organization Management. Conceptualizing, planning,
appraising, managing projects, networking of intra and
inter-organizational capabilities, managing service
delivery systems, setting up management systems and
managing organizations are his core functional skills.
Mr. Prusty has worked in multi-disciplinary projects
and programs targeted towards the vulnerable strata
of the society that includes artisans, tribals, small/micro
entrepreneurs, small marginal agri-producers, landless
farm laborers, women, children and such other socio-economically
marginalized people. He has worked with organizations
such as CARE, CIDA-ICCO, TCL, NES / GEN Agro, Singapore
/ Nigeria, NDDB, GITCO / ICICI, PNB, IDC, ILFC among
many others.

Mr. G.C. Tewari
is a chemical engineer with specialization in Process
Plant and Equipment Design and an MBA from faculty of
Management Studies, Delhi University specializing in
O.R. & Financial Management: Special knowledge of
business in Middle East, South East Asia and Europe.
He is the Dean of the College of Management –
UPES, Dehradun.
With over 40 years of experience Mr. Tewari has worked
with companies that include Engineer India Limited (EIL),
Fluor Daniel, Lurgi India and Reliance Engineering &
Associated Limited. EIL made major strides in exporting
its services and opened new territories in Middle East
and South East Asia while he was in the position of
Executive Director (Marketing).

Kailash Vyas

An Agricultural
Sciences Graduate and Post Graduate in Food Technology
from CFTRI, Mr. Vyas has worked in various positions
with companies such as Coca Cola and AMUL Dairy. He
retired from AMUL after serving for more than 27 years.
During his tenure as Managing Director at AMUL he set
up the Chocolate and Malted Beverage Plant. He is also
known for his technology vision and he renovated the
AMUL dairy with state of the art equipment fully automated
process. His tenure as the head of the institution saw
AMUL growing up by leaps and bounds both technologically
and operationally.
