The solution is tested for its practicality and ease of implementation. The goal is to ensure that all recommendations are practical to implement. Scenario analysis and simulation based on the findings are run on test templates and enacted amongst the consultation. Possible objections and adverse observations from team members are resolved before the final solution is ready to be shared with the client. Selected members of the client are also allowed to take a peek to get the ‘right track’ feeling before the final presentation.
