engineering a product mix in favour of prepared yarn and grey
fabrics.
Faced with growth opportunities the company realised the
importance of implementing people-independent processes that
could take care of growing business while at the same time

The company’s antiquated software system would have
to be replaced with a more centralised solution. Classic invited
Nimble to map its business processes and suggest a solution
architecture that would stay relevant with changing times.
The sales function was chose for the first phase of the study
and the objectives were to reduce sales cycle time, maximise
sales in each of the sales channels, and built a strong and
responsive information system.
The assignment required Nimble’s functional experts
and technology consultants to document existing processes,
create information flows, insert check points and devise a
work flow that could be easily computerised. Super imposition
