Faced with growth opportunities the company realised the importance of implementing people-independent processes that could take care of growing business while at the same time provide the necessary information to make sound decisions. The sales function was chose for the first phase of the study and the objectives were to reduce sales cycle time, maximise sales in each of the sales channels, and built a strong and responsive information system.
